The Materials Science Center has recently acquired an Andor Spinning Disk confocal with a Nikon Ti-E inverted microscope.

Yokogawa CSU-X1 Spinning Disk Unit,5000 rpm disk speed, 50 um pinhole

Zyla sCMOS camera

Nikon TI microscope

LED BF light source

ASI Piezo z stage

Andor FRAPPA head

Micropoint with N2 pulsed laser (337 nm)


Excitation Sources:

405, 488, 561, 640

Emission Filters:

447/60nm, 525/30, 607/36, 685/40, quad (440/40, 521/21, 607/34, 700/45)


Objectives:

1)    Plan Apo 10x/0.45air, WD = 4.0  

2)    Plan Apo 20x/0.75, WD = 1.0

3)    Plan Apo 60x/1.4 oil, WD = 0.18
